Orders are packed in Hong Kong and dispatched within one to two business days. Shipping is a flat $6, free on orders of $80 or more. Standard delivery is 7–14 business days, express 3–5. Duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in the original box. Return postage is the buyer's cost unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect, and refunds are issued within five business days of the parcel reaching us.
