What we collect
- Order details: name, email, shipping address, and what you bought. Needed to fulfil the order and to keep the accounting records the law requires.
- Payment: handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
- Messages: anything you email us, so we can answer and refer back to it.
- Basic analytics: pages viewed, referring source, device type. Aggregate, not tied to your name.
Why we hold it
To send your order, to answer your questions, to process returns and warranty claims, to meet tax and accounting obligations, and to understand which pages are worth keeping.
Who else sees it
Our shipping carrier needs your address. Our payment processor needs the transaction. Our email provider carries order confirmations. Each receives only what it needs for that task, and none of them may use it for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years, as required for tax. Marketing subscriptions last until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept for two years, in case the same issue comes back.

We use cookies to remember your bag and your session. Analytics cookies are aggregate and can be blocked without breaking the store. See the Cookie Policy for the list.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, or withdraw a marketing consent at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Deletion does not extend to records we are legally required to keep.
Children
This store is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
