What the warranty covers
Every piece carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing faults: a clasp that fails, a chain that snaps at a soldered link, a stone that comes loose from its setting without impact.
It does not cover wear and tear — scratches, stretched chains, dented bands, or the thinning of gold vermeil through daily friction. Nor does it cover damage from perfume, chlorine or a dropped piece.
Making a claim
- Photograph the fault, ideally close enough to see the joint or setting.
- Send it to [email protected] with your order number.
- We reply within one business day with a decision and, if approved, a return address.
Approved claims are repaired or replaced at our cost, including return shipping. If the piece is discontinued we will offer an equivalent alternative or a refund.
Repairs outside the warranty
We repair our own pieces at cost, for as long as the parts exist. A new clasp, a re-soldered chain, a re-tipped prong — send a photograph and we will quote before any work begins. Turnaround is usually two to three weeks.
Pieces we did not make
We cannot service jewellery from other makers. A good local goldsmith will usually be faster and cheaper for that.
