Shipping
Orders are packed in Hong Kong and dispatched within one to two business days. Orders over $80 ship free; below that we charge a flat $6.
- Hong Kong: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Asia Pacific: 4–8 business days after dispatch.
- Europe and North America: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the recipient’s responsibility. Carriers usually collect them before delivery.
Returns
You may return an unworn piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The piece must come back in its original box with any tags still attached.
- Write to [email protected] with your order number.
- We reply with a return address and a short form to include in the parcel.
- Send the parcel back with tracking. Return postage is the buyer’s cost unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel reaching us.
What cannot be returned
Pierced earrings cannot be returned once the sealed hygiene pouch is opened, and custom-sized pieces cannot be returned at all. Both are standard practice for jewellery and are noted on the product page before you buy.
Exchanges
We do not run a separate exchange process — return the piece for a refund and place a new order. That way you are not waiting on two shipments at once.
