These terms apply to every order placed on belle-moment.com. By checking out you accept them. Last updated 2 November 2026.
Orders and acceptance
Adding an item to your bag is not an order. A contract forms when we send the shipping confirmation email. Until then we may decline an order — for example if the piece sold out, if the price was listed in error, or if the order looks fraudulent.
Pricing
All prices are in US dollars and exclude duties and import taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have ordered.
Product descriptions
We describe metals, stones and dimensions as accurately as we can. Photographs are lit to show detail, so colour can differ slightly from the piece in daylight. Natural stones vary from one to the next — that variation is not a fault.
Availability
Stock is limited by nature. If a piece sells out after you order, we will tell you within one business day and refund in full, or offer to hold the order until it is restocked, whichever you prefer.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
Intellectual property
The Belle Moment name, the monogram, the photography and the product designs on this site belong to us. Please do not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Nothing here removes any statutory right you have as a consumer in your own country.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
