This page explains how Belle Moment orders are shipped, what shipping costs and when they arrive. It applies to every order placed on belle-moment.com.
Where orders ship from
Orders are packed in Hong Kong and dispatched within one to two business days of being placed. Orders placed over the weekend are packed on Monday.
What shipping costs
Shipping is a flat $6 per order. Orders with a subtotal of $80 or more ship free, and the discount applies automatically in the shopping bag the moment the threshold is reached — there is no code to enter and no minimum to remember at checkout.
Shipping is charged once per order, not once per item, and it does not increase when you add a second piece.
Delivery times
- Hong Kong: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Asia Pacific: 4–8 business days after dispatch.
- Europe and North America: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
These are the carrier’s estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing can add days that neither we nor the carrier controls.
Tracking
Every parcel leaves the studio with a tracking number, and the number is emailed to you when the order is dispatched. Allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear. If tracking has not moved for seven days, write to us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
Duties, taxes and customs
Orders are shipped from Hong Kong, and we do not charge sales tax at checkout. Where your country applies import duties or taxes, they are the recipient’s responsibility and the carrier usually collects them before delivery. Declared values are the price actually paid, as the law requires.
If an order does not arrive
Tell us as soon as the estimated delivery window has passed. We will resend the piece or refund it in full — you do not have to argue the case with the carrier yourself.
Changing an address
Write to us immediately after ordering and we will change the address if the parcel has not left the studio. Once it is with the carrier we cannot redirect it.
Returns
Original shipping charges are not refunded, except where the piece arrived damaged or incorrect. The full terms are on the Refund Policy.
