We want the store to be usable by everyone, including people who navigate by keyboard, by screen reader, or with reduced motion enabled.
What we have done
- Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- The mega menu, search layer and mobile drawer announce their state to screen readers and close on Escape.
- All motion — panel transitions, hover lifts, image reveals — is switched off when the operating system reports reduce motion.
- Text meets WCAG 2.2 AA contrast against its background.
- Product photographs carry descriptive alternative text rather than a filename.
- Form fields have real labels, not placeholder text standing in for one.
Known gaps
Some third-party embeds, such as payment fields, are outside our control and may not meet the same standard. We are also still improving the reading order of the mega menu on very narrow screens.
Reporting a barrier
If something here is hard to use, tell us what happened and which page it was on: [email protected]. We treat accessibility reports as bugs, not as complaints, and aim to reply within two business days.
